Perfect for a football getaway!
So, it’s not a fancy hotel, just a cozy room in a classic English house. For the price, it’s a steal! You get a nice bath, tv, and a fridge. Went for the West Ham game, and the location was spot on for that. Only thing? A bit noisy at night but manageable.

Clean sheets, convenient parking, mini fridge
Four displayed Wifi networks, none functioned!!! Musty smell in the bathroom, creaking beds, and an awkwardly positioned toilet made for an uncomfortable stay!!! Improve the plumbing and ventilation, please!!!

Solo traveler good enough for a budget stay
The staff was really friendly, offered us cold drinks after arrival, like they knew we needed it. And the shower was exactly what I needed after a long exhausting day, hot and powerful.
It wasn't cheap, but given the circumstances, it was acceptable.

This one had me thinking…
A stay here is more than just a room. it's surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave. The clean sheets and fresh towels daily added comfort to our visit. Plus, its location made it easy to explore nearby malls and attractions! Perfect for a quick family getaway.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Stratford station, which was a major plus. The room was clean, but the lack of bedside lamps and a wobbly toilet seat were slight inconveniences. it’s a decent budget choice for a quick stay.

We had a neat stay with a comfy bed and a hot shower that worked just fine. The kids loved the pool while we enjoyed some relaxation time on the sun deck. The only thing was the hallway smelled a bit odd, but it didn't spoil our fun! 😊

I was so thrilled with my stay! Every day, I walked out to explore the nearby Stratford station, just a short stroll away, making my adventures super easy. The friendly staff even surprised me with fresh towels and tea supplies daily—such thoughtful touches!

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
Our two-night stay had mixed moments. While the compact twin room met basic needs, upgrades are needed for comfort. The interaction with staff at odd hours felt intrusive. Explore local cafes for a better meal option nearby. Keep essentials packed. only one plug socket available.

Make sure to request a room away from the busy street for a quieter night's sleep, as noise can be disruptive.

great location but dated facilities
The location is excellent, just a few minutes from major shopping areas. We appreciated the free parking offered, which made our stay much easier.
The room felt quite dated and in need of a refresh.
